Marquette Housing Commission Maintenance

Lake Superior Village and Pine Ridge Marquette have on-site maintenance shops. Our maintenance also provides twenty-four hour maintenance for emergency housing needs. MHC wide has Maintenance Mechanics on-site seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We take pride in our multi-skilled, accountable maintenance team. The Marquette Housing Commission Maintenance Mechanics have been trained, educated and certified in Uniform Physical Conditions Standards, a form of safe housing requirements.
